Cottage located in a quiet area close to the services of Tampere city center. Rustholli 1 is part of a cottage village of 10 cottages. 11 km east of Tampere, 450 m walk from Näsijärvi, with a public Kumpula beach, shallow sandy bottom.
Round log cottage built in 1986. Sleeping area with two 80 x 200 cm beds. Living room with kitchen and dining area with sofa bed that can be converted into an additional 140 x 190 cm bed for two. Loft with 120 x 200 cm mattress as an additional bed for one. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The kitchen has an atmospheric artificial fireplace that produces pleasant heat using an electric heater.
Attached to the cottage is an electrically heated sauna, a shower and toilet in the washroom. In addition, there is a separate toilet, which also has a washing machine. The covered terrace has garden furniture and a gas grill. There is an electric pole in the yard for car heating in winter (no electric car charging).
A tennis court can be rented separately in the middle of the cottage area. Tennis sessions can be booked on site. Instructions for booking can be found at the cottage, in the cottage folder.
Pets (small) dogs are allowed for an additional fee.
