• Rules

  House Rules • Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited. • Maximum occupancy is 8 overnight guests ages 13+ and 2 guests 12 and under (total of 10 guests), per city regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction. • No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited. • No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. • Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. • Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog • Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, or directly in front of the property. Max 5 vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways. • Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa. • Firepit, BBQ, and fireplace must be operated by responsible adults only. • No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property. • Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations, including all rules on the City's "Good Neighbor Brochure", provided prior to checkin. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund. • Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. • Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties. • Notes

  Pool: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Our pool cleaner comes only on Tuesday and Friday morning to maintain the pool. He will come and go through the side gate and should also not bother you throughout your stay. Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you! Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog Desert living: This home and many homes in Palm Springs are located in the desert, sand is around, sand flys when windy. When windy the pool does catch some sand. Our pool cleaners always try their best to clean the sand, but in some cases sand my be in the pool. Permit #VR22-0133

You can also access the front door lock and control the AC thermostats directly inside the portal, making your stay smooth and stress-free. Management: Our property is expertly managed by Rather Be Properties, and we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can easily reach us through the Airbnb app, by phone, or email. It's worth checking the latest bus schedules and routes to plan your journeys. Biking: The flat terrain and scenic landscapes make biking a delightful way to explore Desert Hot Springs. Whether you're renting a bike or bringing your own, there are several bike-friendly routes to enjoy.
