Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Bus stop "Plaza de Arucas" 220 m. Object suitable for 4 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
