Most cars can easily access the home and nearby attractions. There is no public transportation in the area, so having your own vehicle or renting one is recommended.
➤ Parking: One designated space is available directly in front of the property.
➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.
➤ Community pool: Open from May through mid-October (typically closes around October 20th, weather permitting).
➤ Pets: We welcome pets with a few guidelines:
• A $75 pet fee will be applied per stay.
• Please disclose pets at the time of booking so the applicable fee can be added.
• We are unable to host cats and dog breeds deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
• A maximum of TWO (2) animals, each no larger than 40 pounds, is allowed.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture, and please clean up after your pets.
• Do not leave pets unattended unless they are safely crated.
