Sea You Soon is a bright, modern Bolivar escape built for easy beach days and very little planning. It sleeps 6 with two bedrooms, two full baths, a queen sleeper sofa, a stocked kitchen, Smart TVs, games, a sunny deck, and a charcoal grill. The community adds a swimming pool, pickleball court, and kids’ playscape, while Camp Margaritaville sits directly across Highway 87. Pets are welcome with a $179 fee.
Guests have full private access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, both full bathrooms, the open living and dining area, kitchen, covered front porch, and downstairs patio. The vaulted living space gives everyone room to relax without feeling like they’ve been packed into a beach-house puzzle.
You’ll also have access to the Villas at Bolivar’s shared community amenities, including the elevated swimming pool and pool deck, pickleball court, and children’s playscape. These areas are shared with other community guests and residents and are available during posted hours.
Guests will access the home using a lockbox. Your unique lockbox code will be provided before check-in, along with your arrival instructions.
I’m not located nearby, but I’m available throughout your stay if you need anything. The best and fastest way to reach me is through the platform’s messaging system, where reservation details stay organized in one place. For urgent matters, I can also be reached by text or phone.
Sea You Soon is located in Villas at Bolivar, a newer coastal community conveniently situated along Highway 87. Guests have access to shared amenities including a swimming pool, pickleball court, and children’s playscape. Camp Margaritaville and the Crystal Beach Golf Course are directly across the highway, while the Gulf beach is less than 1,000 yards from the community and can be reached through nearby public beach-access roads. Restaurants, shops, golf-cart rentals, and other Crystal Beach attractions are also just a short drive away.
A car is necessary for getting around the Bolivar Peninsula. Restaurants, shops, attractions, and public beach-access points are spread out along Highway 87 and are generally not within comfortable walking distance. Golf carts are also popular for short local trips and beach cruising, but a vehicle is still recommended for groceries, dining, and exploring the area. Guests arriving from Galveston can use the free vehicle ferry to Port Bolivar, though wait times may be longer during weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods.
The swimming pool, pickleball court, playscape, and other community spaces are available to renters, but they are shared amenities. You will likely see other guests, homeowners, and residents using them during your stay. Please follow all posted community rules and hours, and understand that amenity availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, weather, or community events.
Camp Margaritaville is located nearby and offers day passes for guests who would like access to additional resort-style amenities. Day-pass pricing, availability, and rules are managed separately by Margaritaville. There are also several public beach-access points along Highway 87, making it easy to choose a convenient spot for your beach day.
Please use designated roads, sidewalks, and community paths when walking through the neighborhood. Do not cut through neighboring yards or enter another home’s property.
