OUTDOOR LIVING UPSTAIRS: Covered deck with outdoor furniture with gas fire pit and outdoor dining table. Enjoy the upstairs while sitting under the ceiling fans enjoying the 65" LCD TV with sound bar.
OUTDOOR LIVING DOWNSTAIRS: Underneath includes an outdoor wood fire pit below along with a charcoal grill. Enjoy playing ping pong, corn hole, or throwing darts. Once it gets dark, let the 110" powered outdoor projector down and enjoy your favorite game/movie.

GOLF CART INCLUDED: Gas golf cart available for your use while on vacation. This street legal golf cart can be driven on any road on the island. It includes parking permit for the beaches along with bluetooth music. This will require separate agreement. Parking pass included on GOLF CART. Golf cart will be 4 seater or 6 seater depending on availability.
Additional Charges: Cleaning fee, 13% lodging tax, non-refundable reservation fee and damage waiver, optional travel insurance.
