Location
The villa is on the edge of the small town of Portisco, on a quieter part of the coast, close to some of Sardinia’s finest beaches. The area is known for its pristine sea and luxury marinas. It is at the southern end of the glamorous Costa Smeralda. Portisco Beach has fine pale sand and visitors can hire kayaks or canoes to explore the nearby coves. After a day by the sea, visitors are spoiled for choice thanks to the excellent restaurants and bars within easy reach.
For self-catering there are supermarkets and smaller shops close by. Alternatively, in Olbia (20 minutes), you can explore vibrant farmers' markets held three times a week. The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended.
Olbia airport is just a 20-minute drive.
