The main studio enjoys a bright and airy, open-plan living area which is divided by a custom-made storage unit to create separate kitchen/dining and sleeping spaces. The small modern kitchen is well equipped with; an induction hob, coffee machine and fridge freezer. Outside, there is a small terrace with an outside seating and dining area.
Conveniently located in the hamlet of Cavigliano a 5-minute walk from a well-connected railway station this property also benefits from a pharmacy and a small supermarket in the immediate vicinity.

Verzasca Valley with its picturesque villages is a 35-minute drive away where the river offers opportunities for swimming and the iconic Ponte dei Salti, a double-arch stone bridge, is a popular spot for photography. The area is also rich in history and there are several castles and historical sites scattered throughout the area. Some notable ones include Castello Visconteo (a 13-minute drive away) in Locarno and Castello di Montebello (a 38-minute drive away) in Bellinzona.

The town is known for its mild climate, beautiful lakeside setting and well-preserved medieval old town. Locarno also hosts the famous Locarno Film Festival, one of the most prominent film festivals in Europe, attracting visitors and cinephiles from around the world.
