Check-In/Out: Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for $25 per hour, subject to approval. Family Friendly: Ideal for families and children. Guest Verification: A valid photo ID is required for all reservations. House Rules: All guests must review and agree to the House Rules and Rental Agreement before arrival. Quiet Hours: No parties, illegal substances, or loud noise after 10 PM. No Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free property (inside and out). Extra Guests: Additional guests are $10 per person, per night. 🐾 Pet Policy (Dogs Only) Dogs welcome with prior approval (sorry, no cats). Pet Fee: $25 one-time deposit + $10/night per dog (max 2 dogs). Unauthorized Pets: $100 fine applies for unapproved or unpaid pets. Furniture Rule: No pets on beds or furniture—violations incur a $50 fine per item or $250 if found on beds. Dogs must have ID/rabies tags, remain leashed, and stay on the property. Aggressive dogs are not permitted. Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly. Booking & Verification ID Verification: Completed via Know Your Guest before check-in. Choose between a refundable security deposit or non-refundable damage waiver (recommended). Upon booking, you’ll receive the rental agreement and check-in/out instructions.

    You’ll have full access to the entire home during your stay. The dining area seats six comfortably, with three additional stools at the kitchen breakfast bar. This spacious retreat features two bedrooms with queen beds, plus a sleeper sofa and two ottomans that convert into twin beds—sleeping up to eight guests. Fully furnished and thoughtfully stocked, it has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable New Braunfels getaway.
