All guests are required to complete a pre-check-in form via an EnsoConnect link, which will be sent after booking confirmation.
This process includes:

We understand that accidents can happen. To give you peace of mind during your stay, we offer two protection options:
- Damage Waiver – $85 (non-refundable)
Covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear up to $69 during your stay. Helps avoid unexpected repair or replacement costs and keeps the property in excellent condition for future guests.
Note: Must report any damage before departure.
- Refundable Security Deposit – $800
If no damage is found after checkout, the hold will be released from your payment method.
Note: Release may take up to 14 days depending on your credit card provider.

📜 House Rules & Conditions
Respecting these rules is a mandatory condition of the rental agreement. Failure to comply may result in deductions from the deposit or early termination of your stay.

• 🔇 Quiet hours must be respected at all times.
• 🚫 Excess guests will incur a $125+tax per night per person fee.
💦 Spa Rules
• Open year-round.
• No glassware allowed in or near the spa area for safety reasons.
Violation may result in penalties deducted from your deposit.
🚭 Smoking Policy
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors.
• A $250 fine applies for indoor smoking.
• Dispose of cigarette butts in the provided ashtray.
Failure to do so may result in deductions from your deposit.
🐶 Pet Policy
• Pets are welcome (max 2) with a $100 hypoallergenic cleaning fee.
• All our chalets are allergy-friendly.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture.

🔊 Noise & Neighborhood
• Please be respectful of neighbors after 10:00 PM.
• Excessive noise or disturbances may result in full deposit forfeiture.
🧍 Visitors
• Overnight visitors must be approved in advance and are subject to additional fees as per the reservation terms.
🧹 Damage & Breakage
• Please report all damages or breakages to the property manager as soon as possible.
• Unreported issues may result in additional charges.
• Do not move furniture between rooms without prior approval.
⚖️ Compliance & Expulsion
The owner/manager reserves the right to terminate the stay and evict guests or visitors in case of non-compliance or disturbance to neighbors/residents.

The chalet includes beds for 8 guests.
We can provide 2 additional folding beds upon request for a total of up to 12 guests.
