    There was a coffee machine with no coffee pods No water No tea Bathroom was smelling bad Would never book again

    Make maintance on the bathroom door. Stains on towels and table which made us freak out.

    Nice place and location of the room viewing . Supplies are complete in the kitchen. Nice staycation in the palm.

    Please keep key card and all washroom stuff even door of washroom not close properly I want visit again but please don’t do again when I’m coming I was waiting like 30 minutes only open for parking because they give me only room key not parking card so please next time do everything on time

    Everything was amazing I will check in smoothly I hope we will visit again

    No parking card No shampoo or soap Door does not close in bathroom The bathroom water is cold . The bathroom gutter water does not flow easily. Bed duvet is uncomfortable.

    Unfortunately our stay here was not as expected. The host is ( trading name : Happy seasons because that’s the name you see in the text messages name came up when they message you two hours before check in ) and communication was not good . The parking was operated via card access they never gave the card .No soap no shampoo nothing and a smell in the bathroom lingering after flush. The bathroom door has expanded and will not shut close . It’s a disappointment as you can communicate with them via what’s app ONLY after you check in . Before the checkin they won’t reply once you do manage to communicate they don’t care as no attempt was made whatsoever to even try and give us some soap to wash or the parking card . They don’t care . We just checked out eventually very early because the bed was so uncomfortable . (shower water) was cold and the corridor is noisy as the doors are not sound proof . So disappointed for this price .
