  Neighborhood was good; felt like a nicer area but a little farther from pier locations than anticipated; was expecting to be more walkable to what we were seeing. Overall would recommend for family and friends 🙂

  My family and I enjoy the house. The parking was easy. The host was responsive and would come back. The price was very reasonable considering the beautiful home. Highly, recommend. We well be back.

  Beautiful home and worked for us while in SF for my husbands surgery! They have very strict rules, which is good because I feel like respectful people rent the house and don't trash it. Very responsive host company. Nice neighborhood. Stairs are very steep, both bedrooms are upstairs so kinda good and kind of a pain. Has a small downstairs 1/2 bath which was great. Awesome smart fridge. Noticed a little nastyness throughout (dirty oven, dirty utensils in drawers, hair in bathrooms, etc.), webs all over the front entrance (and inside), couldnt use back patio, too overgrown and table is under a giant plant. Parking was brutal - the driveway is for a tiny car only and street parking is very limited. All of the toilets are very tiny, but despite the few cons, it was a nice experience overall!

  We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, comfortable Victorian in one of the most walkable and beautiful neighborhood in the city. It is 1/2 block from Sacramento Street with a cafe or two close by. The neighborhood is filled with remarkable homes on tree lines streets with lots of walkers, some bicycles and a half block up is a slow street, so traffic is minimal. The beds were comfortable and so were the couches - very soft and comfortableI would have given our hosts a 5 star review, however the description of the gourmet kitchen, fully outfitted, did not meet their description. Although there were some pots, pans and cooking utensils, it lacked for example, dishtowels. The pots and pans need replacing. The description also noted the backyard is a great place to sit outside. We did arrive with inclement weather, but the backyard hadn't been swept, the furniture not cleaned and the tree hanging over the furniture not trimmed. Keep these things in mind if you plan to utilize these spaces.
