Just minutes from all the excitement at Shady Gators, Lazy Gators, and Camden on the Lake (H. Toad’s), this home offers the perfect blend of convenience, relaxation, and unbeatable lake vibes. This spacious retreat features three comfortable bedrooms and can easily sleep up to 12 guests — perfect for family vacations, couples retreats, or fun weekends with friends. You'll find two full bathrooms, both stocked with fresh linens, luxury towels, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more carefree. The fully stocked kitchen and dining area offer everything you need to whip up meals at home, and our gourmet coffee bar ensures that your mornings start with a delicious brew — whether you’re fueling up for a day on the water or a night out at the lake’s hottest spots. But let's be real — you won’t want to spend too much time indoors. Step outside and soak in panoramic 180-degree views of the sparkling main channel from not one, but two lakefront decks. Fire up the grill for a sunset barbecue, kick back in the private hot tub, or gather around the lakeside firepit for s'mores and late-night laughter under the stars. Bringing a boat or jet ski? You’re in luck — Shady Shores offers its own private dock, with plenty of space to park your water toys safely during your stay. Spend your days cruising the lake, docking for lunch, or simply floating in the cove soaking up the sunshine. Whether you’re here for a full-throttle party weekend, a chill lakeside recharge, or anything in between, Shady Shores puts you right where you want to be — close to all the action, but with your own private slice of waterfront paradise to come home to. Book your stay today and make memories that will last a lifetime at Shady Shores — where the best days happen by the water! Maximum Occupancy: 12 guests total, and all guests must be registered at the time of booking. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM – please respect the neighbors and neighborhood community. Electronics: Do not unplug or move any electronics that are currently connected. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected. Parking: Only park in designated areas. Do not block the shared driveway. Pets: Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval, proof of up-to-date vaccinations, and a daily pet fee. Pets must be under 25 pounds. Hot Tub Rules: No glass, food, or sharp objects in or around the hot tub. Dock, Firepit, and Hot Tub Use: Use at your own risk. Respect the Property: Please treat our home as you would your own and help us preserve the beauty and peacefulness of the neighborhood. Consent to House Rules: By reserving this property, you agree to comply with all listed rules and regulations. Failure to adhere may result in reservation cancellation without refund and/or penalties of up to $1,000. Policies Early Check-In: Check after 10:00 AM on the day of arrival if early check-in is available. Fee: $20 per hour for approved early check-ins, due before access is granted. Note: If you require guaranteed early check-in, we recommend booking the night before if available. Late Checkout (Lake Checkout): Request availability after 8:00 AM on your departure day. Fee: $20 per hour for approved late checkouts, due before late checkout is confirmed. Checkout time is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late checkout can result in additional fees. Note: If you need guaranteed late checkout, consider booking an additional night. Third-Party Bookings: Bookings must be made by the guest who will be staying at the property. Main guest must provide a valid photo ID and complete verification. We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else. Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. Forgot Something? We offer a Mail-Back Service for lost items (non-oversized). Fee: $50 per item. Contact: 573-381-0380 as soon as possible if you left something behind. Cancellation Policy: We have a firm cancellation policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unexpected changes.

• Access

  You'll have full private access to the entire home, the two lakefront decks, the hot tub, the firepit, and your private dock during your stay. For your convenience, self-check-in is available. On the morning of your arrival, you will receive a private access code along with check-in instructions via the Airbnb app or your provided contact method. Your code will be active from your designated check-in time until checkout. There’s no need to meet in person — just arrive, enter your code, and start enjoying your lake getaway! If you need anything before or during your stay, our team is just a quick message or call away.

  Shady Shores is conveniently located in Lake Ozark, Missouri, making it accessible by various modes of transportation: By Car: Driving is the most straightforward option. From major cities: Kansas City: Approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes via US-50 E and MO-5 S. St. Louis: Around 3 hours via I-70 W and MO-5 S.​ By Train & Taxi: Amtrak's Missouri River Runner line stops in Jefferson City. From there, it's about a 50-minute taxi ride to Lake Ozark. ​ By Bus & Taxi: Greyhound offers bus services to Jefferson City. A taxi can then take you to Lake Ozark in under an hour
