• Rules

  House Rules • Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited. • Maximum occupancy is 8 overnight guests, per city regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction. • No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited. • No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. • Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. • No pets allowed • Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, or directly in front of the property. Max 5 vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways. • Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa. • Firepit and BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only. • No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property. • Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations, including all rules on the City's "Good Neighbor Brochure", provided prior to checkin. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund. • Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. • Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.   Important Neighborhood Guidelines: This home is located in a quiet, close-knit residential neighborhood with very strict community rules. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors at all times. This is not a party house. Noise, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct is not permitted. For safety reasons—especially with many children in the area—the side gate to the pool must remain closed at all times. Any behavior that disturbs the neighborhood, including excessive noise, unsafe activity, or violations of local laws or community rules, may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and peaceful environment for everyone. NO SMOKING: This is a non-smoking property, both indoors and outdoors. A $500 fine will be issued for smoking anywhere on the premises. Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100–102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, message us in advance and we’ll happily turn it on for you. Pool Heater: The pool requires a large amount of natural gas to heat, so using this feature incurs a daily fee of $125 (plus tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request pool heating. Pool Cleaner: Our pool technician visits on Tuesdays and Fridays and enters through the side gate. He will not disturb your stay. On windy days, some sand or leaves may blow into the pool. While our cleaners do their best to maintain it, some light debris may remain.   Parking: Guests have access to the large driveway that accommodates 3 cars, plus a 2-car attached garage with direct entry into the home. One additional garage space is reserved for owner storage. Local Driving: Sienna Sanctuary is ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac within minutes of major Chandler roads, making it easy to reach nearby parks, restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. Downtown Chandler and Chandler Fashion Center are both under a 10-minute drive. Freeways: The Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) and Loop 101 are easily accessible, offering quick connections to Gilbert, Tempe, Scottsdale, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Rideshare & Car Rentals: Uber, Lyft, and local car rental services are widely available in Chandler, offering fast and affordable transportation throughout the East Valley. Airports: • Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX): 17 miles – approximately 20–25 minutes • Phoenix–Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA): 14 miles – approximately 18–20 minutes Public Transit: Valley Metro buses serve the Chandler area, connecting to regional routes throughout the East Valley.
