Management: Our property is expertly managed we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. Important Neighborhood Guidelines: This home is located in a quiet, close-knit residential neighborhood with very strict community rules. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors at all times. This is not a party house. Noise, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct is not permitted. For safety reasons—especially with many children in the area—the side gate to the pool must remain closed at all times. Any behavior that disturbs the neighborhood, including excessive noise, unsafe activity, or violations of local laws or community rules, may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and peaceful environment for everyone.
NO SMOKING: This is a non-smoking property, both indoors and outdoors. A $500 fine will be issued for smoking anywhere on the premises.
Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100–102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, message us in advance and we’ll happily turn it on for you.
Pool Heater: The pool requires a large amount of natural gas to heat, so using this feature incurs a daily fee of $125 (plus tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request pool heating.
Pool Cleaner: Our pool technician visits on Tuesdays and Fridays and enters through the side gate. He will not disturb your stay. On windy days, some sand or leaves may blow into the pool. While our cleaners do their best to maintain it, some light debris may remain. A pool skimmer is provided for your convenience.

Subleasing is prohibited. • Maximum occupancy is 8 overnight guests, per city regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction. • No parties or events.
