50 km southeast of Kuopio, clear watered lake Hormajärvi 20 m (length approx. 4.3 km, width approx. 0.6 km), gently deepening, hard, sanded beach, jetty and own boat.
Log cottage 1989 rebuilt in 2015 using the latest building techniques and equipment.
On the ground floor living room, kitchen section, dining area, bedroom with double bed, electric sauna, shower room/utility room/toilet, terrace. The downstairs areas have under floor heating, mechanical ventilation and air source heat pump. TV downstairs and upstairs.

The villa's water supply comes from lake Hormajärvi through a filter. Water has been checked that it is suitable for drinking purposes.
In the yard there is a spacious grill hut.
There is a lakeside sauna wood-burning stove, shower, dressing room, living room with fireplace, refrigerator, wardrobe, spacious covered terrace.
Next to the sauna there is a woodshed and an outhouse.
The maximum amount of persons (7) can be exceeded by two children (two extra beds are available) provided that it is mentioned in the details of the reservation.
