The whole house and property. Lower level (basement) is currently used as storage and is locked off.
- a signed rental agreement and legal ID of the booking guest must be provided to gain access to your door codes.
- Please note that a security deposit may be required, subject to verification.
- Guests are required to take all garbage and recycling with them upon checkout.
(If you would prefer to leave the garbage behind, a $150 disposal fee will apply. If you choose this option, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.)
