Welcome to Skytop where sweeping views of Beaver lake can be seen from just about every spot in this luxury house. Bring your boat because we have plenty of space to park your trailer and there is a marina just a few minutes away. After a day on the lake, there is plenty of space to relax on the two level deck overlooking the lake. This luxe home has all the details covered, even the gift basket as a thank you for staying with us on your next vacation.
The home features a full gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal. 2 bedrooms have king sized beds, and the other bedroom has 2 queen beds. Tons of seating on the expansive 2 story deck overlooking 180 degree views of the lake. There are lots of board games for those rainy days. The kitchen has a keurig coffee station and a water cooler for those who want spring water on demand. The 2 car garage is available to use.

    We had an amazing time at Kam’s place. It has an incredible view of the lake from both patio decks. The house is roomy and comfortable. We are already planning our trip next year and will staying at the same place. Thank you Kam for a memorable vacation.

    The place had an incredible view of Beaver lake from the back porch. The first night there was a random power outage and the host and local contact were very responsive to make sure the AC unit was working as it should. We loved our stay!

    The best views of the lake and thoughtfully designed places to enjoy the views. It was a rainy weekend for us, but all the cozy throws and couches made it just fine.

    This gorgeous lake house is a fabulous retreat for a visit to Bentonville, only 25 minutes from downtown but with absolutely phenomenal views of the lake. Space is very clean, modern, with a very well stocked kitchen, and space for your whole party and then some. When I come back to the area I hope to stay here again! You seriously can’t beat that view.
