About this property

Unique apartment with a spacious patio and private pool (300 x 250 x 180cm), located just 100 metres from the beach.

The pool is not heated, so not usable all months because the water is too cold.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances from Bosch.

Two bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed (150 x 190cm). The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The second bathroom can be found in the hallway.

Cabanyal is one of the neighborhoods in Valencia that lies directly on the sea, near the main beach of Valencia, La Malvarrosa. This district is an old fishing district and is full of authentic fishermen's houses. This district has been Cultural Heritage since 1993.

The apartment is in a building with permanent residents. As a result, parties or noise pollution are prohibited. Violation of this will immediately lead to termination of the rent. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 09:00. These hours also apply to the terrace/pool area.
