Welcome to Historic Anchor at M — a beautifully renovated ground-floor studio in the heart of Galveston's historic district. This is your exclusive unit: the lower rear studio of a charming historic triplex, sleeping up to 7 guests across 2 queen beds, a full bed, and a trundle twin, with 2 private bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, outdoor shower, and an on-site EV charger.
THE SPACE — LIVING AREA & KITCHEN Step inside and you're immediately at home. The open studio layout wraps living, dining, and kitchen into one comfortable space. The galley kitchen has all-new stainless steel appliances, a Keurig (K-cups included so your first morning is covered), a toaster, and full cookware for cooking in. The large smart TV is Wi-Fi connected for streaming.
THE SPACE — SLEEPING & BATHROOMS Two queen beds and a full bed with a trundle twin underneath occupy the dedicated sleeping area of the studio. The trundle slides out for the 7th guest. Two bathrooms keep the morning routine moving: a full bath with a brand-new stand-up shower, plus a half bath. Fresh linens and towels provided.
