This beautifully renovated home has spectacular views of Lake Cumberland with a hot tub.

Come enjoy the amenities like the impressive back deck with swinging chairs or the expansive game room with wet bar. Guests can gather on the balcony each evening to watch the beautiful sunset.

Somerset Lakeview Living will be perfect for a family vacation, filled with memories that will last a lifetime. Comfy beds, Roku TV's in every bedroom with Spectrum TV app, Sunroom and Gameroom have TV's as well. Two fireplaces with heat and one propane BBQ, as well as one propane fire table. Garage has 5 arcade cabinets including one with 5000 games. Golden Tee 2025 LIVE, bluetooth speakers, wet bar, poker table, dart board and shuffle board.

Gated private parking for up to 8 vehicles. Boat and trailer parking available with easy circle turn around driveway.

Somerset Lakeview Living has all the amenities needed to feel at home. Enjoy your stay and have a wonderful Lake Cumberland getaway.

Maximum of 12 guests including children / infants.

Please note our stairs leading to the basement are very steep. If you do not feel comfortable, you can access the basement from outside as well.

HOT TUB: The day of your arrival the spa may still be heating up as we drain and clean the spa when needed between guests who check out at 11AM and new guests check in same day at 4PM. Water heats at 5 degrees a hour and starting water temperature varies.

Our bunk area sleeps 4 guests. The single twin bunk beds are primarily designed with children in mind for optimal comfort. While adults can also utilize the bunks, they may find it less comfortable. Please keep this in mind when booking our home.

Home is NOT TODDLER/CHILD PROOF. 

Home DOES NOT have baby gates for the stairs, a diaper pail to dispose of dirty diapers, no child proof cabinets or window locks. also so electrical outlets are child proof.

Guests have use of the entire house and exterior of house.

Beautiful street that backs to the lake. All homes are very well maintained. Very convenient to shopping, dining, and boat ramps.  Boat slip available for your stay with an additional fee at Lee's Ford Marina. 

Somerset Lakeview Living has a double gated driveway with a circle loop for easy access in and out of the property. Even with a long trailer and boat. Enough parking for all of your needs.
