Ramsdale Space Coast Family Retreat is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Palm Bay home accommodating up to eight guests. Enjoy easy access to Atlantic Ocean beaches, Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, Turkey Creek Sanctuary, the Indian River Lagoon, Downtown Melbourne, restaurants, breweries, and nightlife. After exploring, return to a comfortable private retreat where your group can relax and reconnect.
The Space
This single-story home offers approximately 2,044 square feet of comfortable living space. Its open-concept layout allows everyone to spend time together while four separate bedrooms provide privacy when guests are ready to rest.
Settle into the main living room after a fall day along the Space Coast. A sectional sofa and two additional chairs provide ample seating, while the wall-mounted 75-inch TV and soundbar set the scene for family movie nights. Kid-friendly games are stored in the hutch behind the couch for easy access.
Kitchen and Dining
Prepare everything from beach snacks to family dinners in the full kitchen. Granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a pantry, generous cabinetry, and a large island make cooking and serving simple. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, tea kettle, dishes, utensils, cooking basics, and a Keurig two-in-one coffee maker for brewed coffee or K-Cups.
Share meals around the dining table, or pull up one of the four island stools for casual breakfasts, coffee, and conversation.
Sleeping Arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, reading chair, dresser, charging station, and wall-mounted 65-inch TV with a soundbar. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom offers two single beds - ideal for children, siblings, or friends. The fourth bedroom includes a twin-size daybed, luggage racks, and a compact desk.
The home has two full bathrooms. The primary bathroom features a double vanity and shower, while the shared guest bathroom includes a combination tub and shower.
Outdoor Living
Take advantage of Florida’s comfortable fall weather on the covered patio. Gather for an outdoor meal beneath the string lights, prepare dinner on the propane grill, or relax while three overhead fans help keep the space comfortable. The patio overlooks a private fenced backyard with room for children to enjoy the outdoors.

Ramsdale Space Coast Family Retreat is thoughtfully equipped for families with a highchair, Pack ’n Play, children’s books, toys, dinnerware, a play mat, and twin-bed safety rails available when needed. Additional conveniences include central air conditioning, a Google Nest thermostat, Wi-Fi, keyless entry, a washer and dryer, and driveway parking for up to four vehicles.
With Melbourne-area beaches approximately 20 to 30 minutes away, the home provides a peaceful residential setting for experiencing fall beach outings, nature trails, rocket launches, waterfront activities, restaurants, breweries, and everything that makes Florida’s Space Coast unique.

Please keep all vehicles on the driveway and do not park on the grass.
The garage is not available for guest parking or access.
