Welcome to our spacious North Conway getaway! Our 3300 ft.² freestanding home is located in the heart of the Mt. Washington Valley. Less than 3 minutes from Cranmore Mountain, 5 minutes to North Conway Village and minutes from hiking and lakes our location is the perfect jumping-off point for any season. Inside you will find plenty of space with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a massive wrap-around porch, there will be plenty of space for everyone to spread out and make memories!
You will have access to everything and nothing is shared.

Our home is located in the sought-after neighborhood of the Cranmore Birches. Our little roads are super quiet and really nice to walk on to get some fresh air.

Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours. - Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old. - No smoking in the house - The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night. - A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information. - Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house) - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated - NO open fires or fire pits of any kind allowed anywhere outside or on deck - Respect the neighbors NO FIREWORKS
