Less than 3 minutes from Cranmore Mountain, 5 minutes to North Conway Village and minutes from hiking and lakes our location is the perfect jumping-off point for any season. Inside you will find plenty of space with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a massive wrap-around porch, there will be plenty of space for everyone to spread out and make memories!

    Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours. - Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old. - No smoking in the house - The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night. - A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information. - Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house) - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated - NO open fires or fire pits of any kind allowed anywhere outside or on deck - Respect the neighbors NO FIREWORKS
