• Rules

  House Rules • Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited. • No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited. • No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti or glitter is allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. • Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. • Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs allowed in pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog • Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, street parking is not permitted. Max 5 vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways. • Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa. • BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only. • No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property. • Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund. • Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. • Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.

  Game room with Smart TV & Nintendo Switch 2: Enjoy a Nintendo Switch 2 loaded with Mario Kart, NBA 2K26, and Madden 26. Please note: The console is locked into the base station for security purposes. This means: - It cannot be removed, - Guests cannot insert their own games, and - Only the pre-loaded games are available for use. Pet-Friendly Accommodations We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a $250 pet fee. This covers extra hair cleanup. Please note: Additional $200 fee if waste (urine/feces) is found - Guests must clean up after their dog - Pets may not be left unattended (to prevent barking issues) - Dogs are not allowed in the pool - Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing a dog Important House Notes - No adhesives on walls - No tape, hooks, stickers, or other materials that can cause damage. - No glitter- glitter is extremely difficult to clean and can permanently affect surfaces. Pests - Corolla has harmless Midges, which look similar to mosquitos but do not bite. They’re a protected species in Corolla and are attracted to light, so please keep doors closed and outdoor lights off when possible. - Snakes from nearby marshes are occasionally spotted—if you see one, contact us immediately and we’ll arrange for removal. - Bug spray is recommended for outdoor enjoyment.
