To help ensure a smooth and secure check-in experience, we kindly ask all guests to complete the following requirements before arrival:
• Rental Agreement & ID Verification
A signed rental agreement and valid government-issued photo ID from the booking guest are required prior to check-in. These documents help us verify the reservation and protect both our guests and the property. Door access codes will be provided once all required information has been received and verified.
• Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required, depending on the reservation and the results of our verification process. If applicable, you will be notified in advance with the details and instructions.
• Garbage & Recycling
We ask that all guests take their garbage and recycling with them when checking out. This helps us maintain the property and ensures the home is ready for the next guests.
If you would prefer
not to take the garbage with you, we can arrange disposal on your behalf for a
$150 disposal fee. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use this option so our team can make the necessary arrangements before your departure.
