Situated in Piazza Popolo, the apartment is a stone’s throw away from wonderful bistros, bars and restaurants and you can enjoy culinary influences from France, Switzerland, and Italy of course, suited to all budgets.
A hillside path leads from Piazza del Popolo to the home of the towering statue that stands overlooking Arona. Nestled amongst gardens and chapels this was the Sacro Monte di San Carlo was once the tallest in the world. Take the ferry and visit the small islands of Isola Bella and the Palazzo Borromeo, the imposing 17th Century palace, and its famous gardens. Milan’s Malpensa is the closest airport to the Apartment, with connections to all major European cities. The airport is about 30km away and is a comfortable 40-minute drive.
