A couple lives above, so there is shared noise between the two living spaces. There is street parking in front of the house.

Access can be found on the south side of the house. There is a fence with a welcome sign. You may enter through this area and walk around the house to the back patio. Walk down half a flight of stairs, and there is a separate private entrance to the garden level.

There is a lockbox on this door, and you will be provided the entry code before your arrival.

You can easily knock on our door if you have any questions. Otherwise, we will not bother you.

We use the outdoor patio space, but you are welcome to use it as well.

If you need access to the kayaks or paddleboards, just let us know.

There is a great pirate playground right around the corner from the house.
