This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Number of license: 969923 - Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee. - Tourism Dirham Tax not included in the room rate and shall be paid upon arrival at the property. - EACH sofa bed will be made up at an additional ONE TIME PAYMENT: For one person AED 80 - The deposit cost is AED 1000, it should be paid at check in time. - KEYS: Keys, remotes and access cards are part of the property & provided to the guest for the duration of their stay.
