Cabanyal is one of the neighborhoods in Valencia that lies directly on the sea, near the main beach of Valencia, La Malvarrosa. This district is an old fishing district and is full of authentic fishermen's houses. This district has been Cultural Heritage since 1993.

Easy connection with the metro to the airport and old city center.

We live in a neighbourhood with other full-time residents and therefore this flat is not a suitable choice for parties or events. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 09:00.
