The home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms , a well-equipped kitchen, cozy dinning room, and 2 spacious living rooms. Enjoy a dip in the salt water pool during the summer, or enjoy a book and cozy up during the winter.
Guests have access to two levels plus basement in the house and the entire private backyard with a salt water pool. The pool will be accessible by late may until early September, weather dependant. Please inquire about the availability of the pool, when booking in May or September, if this is a priority.

Pool is open by end of May and closes in September based on weather. There is limited access to the backyard from November 15th until April 15th.
Access to Lac Beauchamp is approximately a 15-minute walk via the trail beside St-René Dog Park. The trail crosses the Rapidus corridor and leads directly to Lac Beauchamp.
In the winter, Lac Beauchamp offers cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails. In the summer, it features a swimming beach, canoe rentals, and beach volleyball courts.
