    Gated Community of Arrowhead Lakes: To enjoy all the amazing amenities this private, gated community offers, Arrowhead Lake requires all short-term rental guests to complete a registration process and pay separate resort fees (not included in your booking price). Don’t worry—we’ll help make this process smooth and easy! Registration Process: After you book, you'll receive a digital Pre-arrival Form. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID (primary renter only), and the names and ages of all guests at least 5 days before your arrival. This ensures we have enough time to process everything with the community. Please note: Late registrations (within 2 days of check-in) incur a $100 fee, per the community's policy. Same-day registrations are not allowed (cut-off is 11:59 PM the day before arrival). Each driver will receive a QR code from Arrowhead Lake for community gate access. Resort Fees (charged separately after your booking is made with us): These are set by the community and are based on your group size, length of stay, and number of vehicles: Less than 5 nights: (ages 6+) • $2.00 per person, per night in the off-season (September 2nd–May 21st) • $8.50 per person, per night during peak season (May 22nd–September 1st) • $20 per vehicle for gate access • $20 admin fee More than 5 nights: (ages 6+) • $42.50 per person for 5-7 nights during peak season (Memorial Day–Labor Day) We’ll handle the submission and payment process through the Resolution Center once your form is complete, so you can relax and focus on planning your perfect getaway! Early check-in and late checkout: Can be accommodated based on availability. Please request in advance - additional fees may apply. Parking: There is parking available for a maximum of 5 vehicles. Policies: No Fireworks No smoking inside of the home No events, parties, or large gatherings Must be 26 to book, no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old. Pets: There is a $150 flat fee for dogs, a maximum of 2 dogs. No other pets are allowed. Must provide age and breeds as you book, must be fully house-trained, and we do not allow puppies. It must not be left unattended inside. All outdoor droppings picked up. Your safety and the safety of our home matter. This property features exterior security cameras.

    Arrowhead Lake Community: •4 Lakes & Sand Beaches: Four sand beaches with playgrounds, picnic tables, charcoal grills, boating/fishing docks, and roped-off swimming areas. •Swimming Pools: Three heated outdoor swimming pools with playgrounds and picnic areas. •Rental Shack: Guests have access to the community’s Rental Shack, where you can rent everything from extra kayaks and paddleboards to tennis rackets and more—perfect for making the most of your stay. Important: Community Amenities – Seasonal Availability: •All outdoor pools are closed as of September 1. •Beaches remain open through October, but the weather is starting to cool down. •The rental shack for kayaks and paddle boards is open on weekends only, from 10 AM to 6 PM, at least through September and possibly into October, depending on the weather. •The Lodge, Fitness Center, Ballroom, Great Room, 18+ Billiards Room, Family Game Room, and Member Services Building are all open year-round. Please note: All outdoor amenities close after Labor Day, so only indoor facilities will be available during the fall and winter months.
