About this property

Stylish property located in the heart of El Cabanyal, just 500 metres from Las Arenas beach.

The property has been renovated whilst retaining some old details such as the wooden beams and the tiled floor.

The property is fully equipped and has a balcony and a terrace. There are also two bathrooms. It also has air conditioning, WiFi, cable TV and a washing machine.

Cabanyal is one of the districts of Valencia located right by the sea, close to Valencia's main beach, La Malvarrosa. It is an old fishermen's quarter, full of authentic fishermen's houses. Since 1993 it has been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest.

There is free parking in the street or in one of the surrounding streets. There is a bike rental nearby and a tram and bus stop a few minutes' walk away.

The apartment is in a building with permanent residents. As a result, parties and noise are not permitted. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the lease. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 09:00.
