This home is located on a peaceful street in the Westend neighborhood, and Charlotte's most popular spots like South End and Uptown are only minutes away. We put plenty of attention and detail into ensuring the house is fully equipped with everything you may need for your stay and then some!
Enjoy some of the amenities on us, like coffee, ROKU smart TVs throughout the house with Netflix, and fast Wi-Fi. The open living space is perfect for taking off your shoes and kicking up your feet. Enjoy snuggling up on the comfortable couch to chat with your company or watch your favorite flicks. When it's time to eat, the kitchen will greet you with modern amenities - perfect for whipping up a home-cooked meal or reheating your leftovers from one of the many awesome restaurants nearby.
When the day is said and done, you can retreat to one of two cozy bedrooms. Each bedroom is outfitted for a great night's sleep. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and features a quaint desk if you need to take care of any work. Huge walk-in shower and his & hers vanities in the master bathroom make getting ready a breeze. The second bedroom features a queen bed, bathroom with a shower/tub. Each bedroom also has plenty of closet space if you need to hang up clothing. When it's time to wake up, you can open the blinds to start your morning with some Carolina sunshine.
The huge fenced backyard has a great little deck to enjoy. The driveway has enough spots for two cars. Guests may also park in the guest lot and NOT in front of the home.
Guests will be sent detailed check-in instructions the day of arrival. Access code will be provided for self check-in.

We welcome up to 2 well-behaved pets! A pet fee applies. Pets must be house-trained and should never be left unattended inside the home or on furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Excessive pet hair, damage, or accidents may result in additional cleaning fees.š¶
Pet Fee = $30/pet per day (for stays 5 days or less)
Unauthorized pets $200 fee (in addition to daily fee) plus any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred.
Noise complaints / complaint: potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.
Party in unit or common area up to $1,000 plus any damages.
