The flat is very close to the nearest beach, restaurant, shops and supermarket. The town of Viareggio is a well-known seaside destination. It has well-equipped beaches with umbrellas and all the necessary facilities. The city's mile-long promenade also known as La Passeggiata di Viareggio is popular with tourists for its Art Nouveau architecture and is lined with shops, cafés and restaurants. You can feel the energy of the city, which is full of bars, ice-cream parlours, street food places and cafés. There are also a few museums to get a feel for the city's history and a carnival citadel that hosts cultural events.
