Let me start this review with, I have stay in a lot of AirBnB’s, this one was by far my worst experience. The place is a dump… the front door is very difficult to open, while you get two keys they go to different locks on the front door and are not interchangeable, the furniture is old, heavily stained and broken. The carpet is incredibly dirty and stained, some of the light fixtures are quite literally holding on by a wire, the ceiling fan in one room is badly warped, the other room the pull strings are missing so you can’t turn the lights off, about 50% of the house is missing bulbs, one of the toilet seats coating is rubbed off so it is bare fiberglass, the house is generally run down and old, yet that wasn’t even the worst part. The house was filthy, Christmas tree pines all over the floor, the oven and microwave were covered in food and grease, all the silverware/pots were dirty. I’m out of words but the rest and my pictures are on my X , JakeArterburn04

The pictures posted are old and you will be shocked to see the condition this house is in. Hopefully they will do a deep cleaning and some much needed updates before the next renters arrive.

I was looking for a good place to stay, close to Spring City boat ramp, for a fishing tournament. This house was a short 12 minute drive to the ramp. House was just as described. Did not use the dock at all as I drove to the ramp every day. Communication with the owner was good and they were very responsive. The only issue I had was with silverware and we just picked up some plastic ware at the dollar store that was five minutes from the house. Will definitely book again when I am looking to stay in that area again.
