This is a 3 bedroom with 1.5 baths, with 2 queen size beds and two twin beds. The home is conveniently located off the 68 on the south end of Watts Bar Lake. No tight winding roads to get to this charming lake home!
You will have the entire home, backyard and private dock to yourself!

- Uncle Gus’s Barbeque in Ten Mile. One mile north of Rt. 68 on Rt. 304. GOOD!
- Red Bone Restaurant - in Kingston on Rt. 70 - very good - seafood and steaks, sandwiches like reubens also, not too pricey-in fact, reasonable for what you get
- Mama Mia's - good Italian restaurant in Kingston on Rt. 70
- Gondolier's Restaurant - good Italian restaurant next to Kroger's, Exit 350 off I-40
- Mei Wei Chinese Restaurant - next to Save on Groceries in Kingston - good Chinese, eat-in or carry-out

You are renting a home in a rural area. WIFI and cell service are known to be spotty. Please bring your own mobile hot spot if a strong internet / cell reception is important to you.
You may utilize the long ample driveway to park your cars and trailer.
All pets are charged a pet fee of $150. There is a maximum of two pets per home. A special request for payment will be sent to collect the fee.
