Sunshine and Roses Getaway is a lakefront 1BR, 1BA condo in Southwood Shores at Lake of the Ozarks. Sleeps up to 4 with two queen beds, smart TV, full bath, open kitchen with eat-in bar and coffee station, and in-unit washer/dryer. Enjoy a private lakefront deck with seating and grill. Access indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, tennis, and swim dock.
PET POLICY: -Pets must be potty trained, under 25 pounds, and current on all vaccinations. -Pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a kennel. -If pets are left unattended in the home outside of a kennel, it may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund. -Pets must be leashed at all times when outside in the community. -No excessive barking or noise is allowed. -Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste on the exterior of the property. -Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by pet hair, accidents on floors or furniture, or any other damage. -A daily pet fee of $35 per pet applies.
NOTE: This condo does include One SWS Boat Slips available for rent: Dock 3 Slip 18-10'X 24' 6000# lift and can be reserved as part of your stay. Additional fees pay apply.

    The place its self is cute. But, the condo was dirty with mold on the shower curtain, someone’s left over bar of soap in the shower. The beds were comfortable, but there was wads of SOMEONE ELSES hair all through them. The kitchen was stocked, but all the cups in the cabinet were extremely dirty. The porch outside is cute, but the cushions were left out in rain so when you sat down, water pooled out of it. The water and hot water heater was off, no one told us we needed to turn that on so that wasn’t fun. Asked for a partial refund just for the fact that we did stay there, but it was not sanitary. She gave me $25. Go somewhere else and save your sanity because this was a headache and one of the worst places I’ve stayed and I travel a ton!

    I've only stayed in a few Air B&Bs so it's not much to compare. I'd say this one had less but we paid way more. The online instructions were fine. I misread the building number and Tia was quick to respond. Once inside I quickly realized that while the pictures look like most of the same furniture. It's not bright white and definitely no trees. Which who cares but also it's misleading. It seemed like maybe we were the first renters for the season and it just hadn't been opened or prepped for the season. There will always be bugs at the lake but it looked like they didn't have time or forgot to spring clean. Knocked down and wiped down everything. Patio mats are too small for the chairs, randomly it was 92 Sat and those chairs got hot. Long black hairs in tub and someone's bar of soap, moldy curtain. TVs didn't work, Tia responded well. Someone showed up in am and fixed one. Then never heard anything else again from Tia and the guy said he'd be back but didn't return. Strange.

Guests who choose to ignore this rule will be required to leave the property immediately upon discovery. Quiet Hours Policy: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM This property observes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors and the peaceful lakefront setting. Please help us be good community members by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours, including music, outdoor gatherings, and loud conversations. Violations of this policy will be handled as follows: First offense: You will receive one verbal warning via phone call or message. Continued noise after the warning will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. If a member of our team or local authorities is required to visit the property due to unanswered or unacknowledged contact attempts, a $200 noise complaint fee will be charged to your account. This policy is strictly enforced to protect the quality of the guest experience and maintain respectful relationships with our community. No Parties or Unregistered Guests Policy This property has a strict no party and no unregistered guest policy. Gatherings, events, or additional guests beyond those listed on the reservation are not permitted under any circumstances. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of your stay without refund, and all guests will be required to vacate the property immediately. In addition: The reservation holder will be held financially responsible for all interior and exterior damages, including but not limited to furniture, flooring, walls, landscaping, and property contents. A cleaning and damage fee will be assessed based on the severity of the incident. All reviews will be disqualified and reported for non-compliance with house rules.
