  Guests will enjoy private access to the entire condo during their stay. Entry is easy with a secure, self check-in process, and an elevator provides convenient access to the top-floor unit. You’ll also have access to the seasonal lakefront outdoor pool (open May–September) and two designated parking spaces. All access details, parking instructions, and property information will be shared prior to arrival for a smooth and stress-free check-in experience.

  Getting around is easy from Sunshine & Shoreline. The condo is conveniently located in Osage Beach with quick access by car to restaurants, shopping, marinas, and local attractions. Many guests choose to explore the area by boat, with popular lakefront destinations just minutes away on the water. Rideshare services are available in the area, especially during peak season and events. While walkable options are limited, the central location makes short drives or boat rides the best way to experience everything Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.
