    Always warm and comfortable with a very comfortable bed

    A wonderful modern appartment with a very secure garage that was just big enough for our volvo v60. Little touches like a few xmas decorations made us feel very welcome and we would happily return next year. Thankyou

    Hi Emeline. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful apartment. Sadly we were not in Frejus for fun but we certainly appreciated the quiet atmosphere and a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Much luck to you and happy holidays.

    The apartment was so beautiful, quiet, and super clean. A short walk to the beach. When we arrived some toiletries were missing but Emeline was super responsive and we had what we needed within 10 minutes of our request. Everything is modern and new. The King bed was SO comfortable! Thank you to Emeline :)

    Hallo Emeline, das ist unsere Bewertung die wir für Sie abgegeben haben. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden. Es wäre nur zu überlegen, ob man den Schlüsselkasten näher an der Unterkunft platziert. Nochmals ganz herzlich Dank für ihre super Betreuung. Viele Grüße Christine und Stefan Dies war der erste Urlaub, den wir über Airbnb gebucht haben. Unsere Gastgeberin Emeline und Co-Gastgeberin Carole waren von Anfang an sehr bemüht, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Die Beschreibung und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist wie angegeben, sie hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Alle Geräte und die Einrichtung sind in einem top Zustand. Es ist für alles eine Erstattung vorhanden, so dass man gleich loslegen kann. Die Lage zum Strand (unter 5 Minuten zu Fuß) und für Ausflüge ist perfekt. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit Aufzug und direktem Zugang zur Etage rundet das Wohlfühlpaket ab. Wir möchten uns bei unseren Gastgeberinnen für die tolle Zeit ganz herzlichen bedanken, wir kommen gerne wieder!

    A légkondi kicsit trükkös volt, be kellett csukni az ajtót, ha külön akartuk kezelni és néha úgy se akarta az igazságot. Esetleg ahhoz egy még részletesebb leírás mehetne, amiben ezek a "praktikák" le vannak írva. Ami még izgalmas volt, hogy egyik reggel megszólalt a tűzjelző, pedig nem adtunk rá okot. Ahhoz is lehetne egy rövid tájékoztató, hogyha beindul ne ijedjen meg mindenki. Egyébként nagyon jól éreztük magunkat és szeretnénk a jövőben is visszatérni ide! :)

    Nagyon jó a lokációja, közel a part, boltok, éttermek és a vasút is. Mi letettük az autót és csak tömegközlekedtünk a környező városokba. A tengerparton van választási lehetőség szabadstrandra, vagy privát strandra is (az mondjuk picit drágább, de nem vészes). A lakás nagyon klassz volt, 3-an érkeztünk. Minden volt, amire szükségünk lehetett. Kedves és gyors volt a szállásadó, ha felmerült kérdés. Ajánlom mindenképp és szeretnénk visszatérni a jövőben mi is! :)

    L’appartement était parfait, neuf, , bien situé , conforme aux photos; mes parents ont passé un très bon séjour . Le seul bémol , quand vous n’avez pas de voiture , il faut aller récupérer les clés dans la boîte à clé à 15 min à pied du logement. Mes parents y reviendront certainement.

    Carole a été très accueillante et toujours disponible. Je recommande fortement ce logement de par son lieu de proximité à la plage et de par son calme ainsi que sa propreté. N’hésitez pas !

Article 1: **Definitions** 1.1 **Traveler**: any person staying at the property as part of a booking. 1.2 **Host**: owner or manager of the property hosting travelers. 1.3 **Premises**: space, accommodation, or property made available for the stay. Article 2: **Maximum Number of Travelers** 2.1 The maximum number of travelers permitted to stay at the premises is set at 4 travelers. This number includes adults, children, and infants. 2.2 Any addition of travelers beyond this number is prohibited without the prior consent of the host. Article 3: **Request for Exception** 3.1 In exceptional circumstances, a request to increase the number of guests may be submitted in writing to the host at least 7 days before the arrival date. 3.2 The host reserves the right to accept or refuse the request based on accommodation capacity, local regulations, and availability. Article 4: **Respect for the Premises** 4.1 Travelers agree to maintain the cleanliness, order, and good condition of the premises throughout their stay. 4.2 Disruptive activities, excessive noise, and any form of damage are strictly prohibited. Article 5: **Penalties for Non-Compliance** 5.1 Failure to comply with the limits on the number of travelers or to respect the premises will result in penalties, which may include, but are not limited to, financial penalties, immediate expulsion from the premises without refund, and/or legal action. Article 6: **Modification of the Rules** 6.1 The host reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. Modifications take effect immediately after they are communicated to travelers. Article 7: Acceptance of the Rules 7.1 The reservation and stay at the premises imply full and complete acceptance of these rules by travelers. Article 8: Security Deposit 8.1 Deposit requirement: A security deposit is required from all travelers before occupying the premises. This deposit is intended to cover any damage, loss, or breach of these rules during the stay. 8.2 Amount: The security deposit is set at €800 and must be paid to the host no later than 48 hours before the arrival date. 8.3 Refund Conditions: The security deposit will be refunded in full within a maximum of 7 days after departure, provided that no damage has been found on the premises and that all the conditions of these rules have been complied with. 8.4 Deductions: In the event of damage, loss or infringements, part or all of the security deposit may be retained. The host will provide a detailed inventory and supporting documents for the costs incurred to repair the damage, replace lost items or cover additional costs arising from non-compliance with the rules. 8.5 Disputes: In the event of a disagreement over deductions made from the security deposit, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. These rules are established to ensure the well-being of all parties and respect for the premises. All travelers are asked to act responsibly and considerately during their stay. **Article 9: Eco-Responsible Commitment and Energy Management** 9.1 **Eco-Responsible Principles**: Travelers agree to adopt an eco-responsible attitude during their stay, particularly with regard to the use of heating, air conditioning, and other energy-intensive equipment. 9.2 **Rational Use of Energy**: Heating and air conditioning systems must be used in a rational and eco-responsible manner. Guests agree to: - Not exceed the recommended temperatures of 20°C in winter and 25°C in summer. - Turn off heating/air conditioning when they are not in the premises or when windows are open. - Use energy-consuming equipment only when necessary and in an efficient manner. 9.3 **Reducing the Energy Footprint**: Travelers are encouraged to reduce their energy footprint by turning off lights, electronic devices, and other equipment when not in use. 9.4 **Sanctions and Penalties**: Failure to comply with eco-responsible principles and energy management guidelines may result in financial penalties and/or other sanctions, depending on the extent of the overconsumption and environmental damage observed. 9.5 **Awareness and Training**: The host agrees to provide travelers with all the information necessary for eco-friendly use of the facilities and to encourage them to adopt environmentally friendly behaviors during their stay. This article aims to promote environmental awareness among travelers and minimize the environmental impact associated with their stay, thereby contributing to the preservation of natural resources and the fight against climate change.
