    1. No smoking 2. Respect the house and keep it tidy 3. Remove all rubbish into recycling bins provided in the car park 4. Fill and put on dishwashers before you leave 5. Clean down the bbq if used 6. Strip bed linen before you leave 7. Use ashtrays if smoking outside 8. Please do not use the hot tub after 11pm. Please shower before use and switch off before you leave 9. Ensure the attic Velux windows are shut over night, when it's raining and when you leave.

The Menai Bridge Food Festival makes an August visit a must for all.
