On the opposite side of the living room, there are two additional bedrooms, each furnished with two extra-long twin beds that can easily be converted into a king bed, tailored to your needs. A second full bathroom is located nearby for shared use.
The star of the home is the converted garage, transformed into a fun-filled entertainment space. Enjoy a game of billiards while watching the game on the smart TV, or try out some of the additional games provided.
Step outside to a fully-fenced backyard, where a dining table and a charcoal grill (with charcoal included) await for delightful outdoor meals and gatherings. This home is the perfect blend of fun, comfort, and relaxation, creating a space for unforgettable memories!

Walking around downtown is very safe, or rent a golf cart to travel around if you’d like! Very drivable and plenty of parking all around town.
- This house is right next to our sister listing "The Arcade." Book both homes if you need more space! We have 5 additional homes within a few blocks as well.
- The garage has been converted to a billiard room, but there is enough room in the driveway for 2 cars. If you have more cars than that, please park on the yard or the street, but be sure not to block the sidewalk.
- Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM.
- Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note, early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm availability one day in advance.
- If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that.
