  This spot was just okay for us. I had an Airbnb account credit that covered most of this, but if I had paid for this stay in full, I would have been disappointed. There were two entrance areas, and it wasn’t clear which side to go to, the air was off when we arrived, there were several hairs in the sheets, and we experienced a cockroach or two. It was fine, but we probably wouldn’t stay again.

  we had a very good stay, the price value is great. it's just a little loud from the street and the shower takes quite long to get hot. otherwise everything is clean and comfortable:)

  Very nice place for the price you’re paying. We booked last minute and were not disappointed! Only thing was that the water takes a while to heat up place was very clean and everything in the place seemed new. The roll in tv was also a great feature.

  This place was a new addition to the many places Jeff has to rent out. Everything looked pretty new. Both AC units kept the place as cold as we wanted. I really liked the fact that you could easily roll the flat screen TV from the living area to the bedroom if you wanted. The refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker worked out great for us. There was coffee available for us to make. Dishes, silverware, and cleaning products were there. Paper towels and garbage bags were included. I really liked the walk-in shower. Bathroom was small, but adequate. Plenty of bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes. Parking was 3 feet away from our door. Communication with Jeff was fast and easy. As someone who is also a Super Host, I can say I easily recommend this place to other Airbnb'ers.
