This place was a new addition to the many places Jeff has to rent out. Everything looked pretty new. Both AC units kept the place as cold as we wanted. I really liked the fact that you could easily roll the flat screen TV from the living area to the bedroom if you wanted.
The refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker worked out great for us. There was coffee available for us to make. Dishes, silverware, and cleaning products were there. Paper towels and garbage bags were included.
I really liked the walk-in shower. Bathroom was small, but adequate. Plenty of bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes.
Parking was 3 feet away from our door. Communication with Jeff was fast and easy. As someone who is also a Super Host, I can say I easily recommend this place to other Airbnb'ers.
