  • Use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
  • Refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
  • Provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
  • Comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines

Our home is located in the Stonehurst Manor condos. You are surrounded by woods yet walking distance from the Inn. You can also walk across the street to MOAT mountain smokehouse which has incredible food and beer. We are less than five minutes from downtown North Conway and super close to all the outdoor activities. If you have any questions about location, please reach out!

    Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours. - Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old. - No smoking in the house - The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night. - A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information. - Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house) - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated - Respect the neighbors
