On the ground floor, you'll find a large, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space and an island that seats four. Adjacent is a dining table that seats eight, perfect for shared meals. The living area features cozy couches and a large TV, making it an ideal spot to relax and unwind.
The ground floor also includes a bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom conveniently located just across the hall.
Upstairs, the primary suite boasts a king bed, a twin bed, and a private en-suite bathroom for added privacy. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms: one with two twin beds, and another with a king bed and a twin bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub, perfect for a relaxing soak.
The entire house and property are available for your use, except one locked garage. The other garage IS available to you.
Please use Airbnb's messaging platform to contact us whenever possible. Since multiple people are keeping track of incoming messages, this is the fastest way to reach us.
- Please note that we use one of the attached garages for storage. It has a separate entrance, so we might enter it during your stay, but we will not enter the house (you can lock it so no one can enter from the garage.) The other garage is available for your use.
- We would like to kindly ask that you do not invite additional guests to the house without prior notice. We're more than happy to have you host meals, etc with additional friends and family, but we do not allow parties or underage drinking.
- We have a number of other houses located close by, in case you need multiple houses. Let us know!
- Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM.
- Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note, early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm availability one day in advance.
- If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that.
