Welcome to Sunset Bay! Bring your boat and stay at this beautiful 4br lake house right on Lake Hamilton and close to everything that Hot Springs area has to offer. Perfect for families this updated home is large and inviting inside and out. The deck has plenty of space to lounge by the lake. Inside has plenty of space to spread out as well.
The house has a fully stocked kitchen to make nice meals. There is plenty of seat to sit down and eat with a formal dining room and a large breakfast area.
3 full bathrooms make this an easier rise and shine to get ready for the day. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The bunk room is a great place for the kiddos to have their own space. Whats great on those rainy days is the sunroom will still let you hang out with lake view while catching up on your tv shows. There is an EV charging station for an extra fee.
The house is located only 10 minutes to Oaklawn casino and race track. 15 minutes to historic bath house row and the convention center.
17 minutes to the tower in the Nation Park

    The location was convenient and easy to find. It was very peaceful. The view was spectacular with a lot of outdoor seating. I was amazed at how comfortable the bed and pillows were. The host was very easy to communicate with. It was perfect for the four of us. I would definitely stay here again!

    Nice house but the appliances were breaking. Stovetop had on/off valves that were broken and the filtered water on the fridge was broken. Pots and pans were scratched up teflon. For the price per night I’d expect a place in better shape to be honest.

    The home had plenty of space for my family to relax and cook meals at home. The deck had a beautiful view & was a great place to sit and watch the sunset. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals. Check-in was easy and clear. Kam’s communicstion was clear and timely regarding check-in and check-out. An extra set of linens/blankets would’ve been nice in case we needed them. *Basic items weren’t provided, there was little hand soap, no body wash, and only a few trash bags provided and few dishwasher pods provided for 5 day stay for 9 people.
