About this property

Welcome to Sunset Bay! Bring your boat and stay at this beautiful 4br lake house right on Lake Hamilton and close to everything that Hot Springs area has to offer. Perfect for families this updated home is large and inviting inside and out. The deck has plenty of space to lounge by the lake. Inside has plenty of space to spread out as well.
The house has a fully stocked kitchen to make nice meals. There is plenty of seat to sit down and eat with a formal dining room and a large breakfast area.
3 full bathrooms make this an easier rise and shine to get ready for the day. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The bunk room is a great place for the kiddos to have their own space. Whats great on those rainy days is the sunroom will still let you hang out with lake view while catching up on your tv shows. There is an EV charging station for an extra fee.
The house is located only 10 minutes to Oaklawn casino and race track. 15 minutes to historic bath house row and the convention center.
17 minutes to the tower in the Nation Park

    Love this Lake House. My daughter loved the kayaks so much! Only complaint is the shower didn't work in the master bedroom bath but there were multiple other showers in the home

    This fabulous home exceeded even the great photos and online descriptions! Great job decorating and set up of space and seating and bathrooms and bedrooms! We were on a girls mahjong trip but we all want to come back with our respective families later on! Host was flexible and helpful and replied so quickly with answers to a few questions we had prior to arrival! One of the best stays I’ve ever had!

    We all loved the house. The location is great and on the water/. We floated in front of the dock. The outdoor seating was great. Indoors were nice, too. Great kitchen. Beds and linens were good. The bunk room beds were the only beds that had a complaint. The guys said they weren’t comfortable, but, they would be great for kids. The air conditioning was perfect and the showers were great! We had a great time and will definitely stay again!!

    Great house!! Perfect location, beautiful furnishings, and the outdoor patio is perfect for morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. We would definitely rent again!! Also, host was quickly to respond. Thanks for a great weekend!!!

    It was perfect for my family and I. We couldn’t ask for a better set up. The bunk room is perfect for kiddos and just down the hall are 3 bedrooms where us adults slept. The place was spacious and the views beautiful
