Welcome to The Ledges Estate! Our 5 Bedroom, 4.5 Bathroom Mountain Home boasts quality in every corner. With 2 Living rooms, an outdoor entertainment area, "kids den" and plenty of games, there is always something to stay entertained. Hang out on the outside deck and watch TV or out by the fire pit and make some smores with the family. Located only 5 Minutes from Attitash Ski Mountain, hiking and water activities, our home is the perfect jumping-off point for any season in the MWV!
Our home has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and is 4100 ft.². We are located off of Glen Ledge Road in Bartlett NH.
You will have access to everything and nothing is shared.

Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours. - Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old. - No smoking in the house - No fireworks or other illegal activities - The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night. - A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information. - Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house) - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated - Respect the neighbors
