Other items about the house: Ring camera system on front entrance for guest security. Smoking is not allowed on or outside the property Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with approval and additional pet cleaning fee of $50 per day. Under 25 pounds and must be registered and vaccinated. Groups and events on a case by case basis with management approval and additional fees may apply. Early Check-in is available on the day of by checking with management at 10am for an additional fee of $100. Lake Checkout can be requested 24 hours prior to departure with management and an additional fee of $150 applies if approved. ID Verification and guest registration of all guests that will be staying in home prior to checkin.
