For added fun, a selection of water toys is available, ensuring endless aquatic adventures.

SLEEPING SPACES: • Primary Bedroom- Main level w 4 steps to access from the front door. Helix King bed, large dresser, walk in closet, sitting area, fan and bedside USB and USB-C. No steps to 1/2 bathroom. • 2nd Bedroom- Loft, full spiral staircase up from main level. Casper King Bed, Queen Auto-inflate bed, Dresser, bedside USB and USB-C, ceiling fan. Loft is open to Living RM below which provides lake views. Closest bathroom is on Main level. • 3rd Sleeping area- Lower level den. Queen "Koala" sleeper sofa. Not your ordinary sleeper, firm but comfortable and no metal springs so comfortable for all sizes of sleepers. 9 Steps down from front door. Four steps to access the full bathroom.
YARD SPACE • Front yard- A small grass area not contained • Very quiet street, great for taking the pups on a long or short walk • Rear yard- One grass area, located 1.5 flights of steps down and is very sloped.
