• Rules

  House Rules • Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. We kindly ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Please be considerate with the volume of the TV and conversations, as many guests are resting or working. • Smoking & Substances: Smoking, vaping, and the use or possession of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the suite and throughout the building. • Visitors: For security and privacy reasons, access is limited exclusively to registered guests. Visitors or unregistered persons are not allowed under any circumstances. • Parties & Gatherings: To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, parties, events, or any type of gathering inside the accommodation are not permitted. • Garbage Removal: If you have excess trash, please notify us through the app so our staff can collect it. (Alternatively, you may place it in the container located at the Roof Garden corner, ensuring bags are tightly closed.) • Respect for Shared Spaces: Please keep common areas clean and orderly for the comfort of all guests.

  • Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. • Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. If you’d like a late check-out, please request it in advance. A $450 MXN fee applies and is subject to availability. • Quiet Hours: from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please be respectful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum. • Smoking: Not allowed inside the room or anywhere in the building. • Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed on the property — no exceptions. • Parties & Gatherings: Not permitted inside the accommodation or on the rooftop terrace. • Children: For safety reasons, minors under 15 years old are not accepted. • Garbage: If you have excess trash, please notify us through the app or message, and our staff will collect it. • Security: 24-hour security personnel are on-site, and assistance is available by phone or message at all times.

• Access

  Guests have full private access to The Ruby Suite during their stay. You’ll also be able to enjoy the following shared areas within Mr. Herold Homes: • Main Lobby – with front desk assistance available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. • Rooftop Terrace (8th Floor) – a shared space open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., perfect for relaxing or enjoying the view. • Gym (7th Floor) – equipped for light workouts and open to all registered guests. • Secure Parking Area – available on-site (subject to availability). Access to the building and your suite is provided via a smart lock system. You’ll receive a unique access code before arrival, and our front desk team will be happy to assist you with check-in if needed.

• Transit

  Getting around from Mr. Herold Homes is simple and convenient. The property is located just two blocks from Eje Central Metro Station and one block from the Trolleybus stop, giving you quick access to many of Mexico City’s main attractions, museums, and shopping areas. If you prefer private transportation, ride-share services such as Uber, Didi, and Cabify are easily available and affordable. You can also explore the neighborhood safely on foot or by bicycle — the main avenue nearby has bike lanes and good lighting at night. For guests traveling by car, secure on-site parking is available (subject to availability). Whether you’re heading to Coyoacán, Polanco, or downtown Mexico City, you’ll find it easy to reach every destination while enjoying the comfort and peace of a well-connected neighborhood.

  Mr. Herold Homes is ideally located in a peaceful and safe area of Portales Sur, offering quick access to some of Mexico City’s most iconic neighborhoods. Within just 15 minutes, you can reach the historic center of Coyoacán, famous for its colorful streets, artisan markets, and the Frida Kahlo Museum. The property is also perfectly connected to the city center, making it easy to explore major attractions, restaurants, cafés, and cultural sites. Despite its central location, the neighborhood maintains a quiet and local atmosphere, allowing you to relax away from the city noise. A few steps from the building, you’ll find convenience stores, coffee shops, bakeries, and small restaurants serving authentic Mexican dishes. For transportation, the Eje Central Metro Station is just two blocks away, and the Trolleybus stop is one block away, offering safe and efficient access to all parts of the city. • Interaction

  Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and seamless as possible. You’ll have complete privacy in your suite, but our front desk team is available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. to assist with check-in, local recommendations, or anything you may need. For your convenience, our staff is also reachable by phone or message 24/7 for any urgent matters or late-night assistance. Whether you prefer a self check-in experience with our smart lock system or a warm personal welcome at the reception, we’ll ensure everything is smooth from start to finish.
