The Santa Fe Studio is a private studio suite at the 6616 Rhinelander property in Las Vegas. It is designed for up to 2 guests and works well for short stays, work trips, couples, solo travelers, and guests who want a quieter place to rest after exploring Las Vegas.
Inside the studio, guests will have a king bed, full private bathroom with shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, full kitchen, full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, cookware, dishes, utensils, Keurig coffee maker with pods, Smart Roku TV, small dining table with chairs, in-unit washer and dryer, laundry detergent, bleach, dryer sheets, Wi-Fi, AC/heat, and basic starter supplies.
The AC/heat controller and the fan/light controller are located on the wall next to the closet.
Guests have private access to The Santa Fe Studio only.
The studio is located on the right side of the property. Look for the red door with a sign above it that says “Studio.” Guests should use only that red Studio door.
Please do not enter the front/main unit, backyard casita area, side storage areas, or any other door that is not marked for the Studio.
The recommended place to park is on the street across from the home. Driveway parking is also allowed. Please do not park in front of the neighbor’s house or block driveways, mailboxes, sidewalks, trash bins, or neighboring homes.
We are available through Airbnb messaging and will respond as quickly as possible.
The property has self check-in, so we do not need to meet in person for arrival. If anything comes up before or during your stay, please message us through the Airbnb app and we will help.
The Santa Fe Studio is located in a quiet residential Las Vegas neighborhood near Santa Fe Station Casino. It is a good fit for guests who want a calmer place to stay while still being within driving distance of the Strip, Fremont Street, Red Rock Canyon, local restaurants, shopping, and casinos. The area has a more local,Driving or rideshare is the easiest way to get around from The Santa Fe Studio. Most Las Vegas attractions, restaurants, casinos, event venues, and outdoor areas are best reached by car, Uber, Lyft, or taxi. The Strip, Fremont Street, Red Rock Canyon, and Harry Reid International Airport are all within a reasonable drive depending on traffic.

Public bus service is available in Las Vegas through RTC Southern Nevada, but routes and schedules can change. This is a quiet multi-unit property with other guests nearby. Please keep noise, music, and conversations at a respectful level, especially after 9:00 PM.
There is no separate outdoor area included with the Studio. Guests have access to the private studio space only.
