We hope you have the best experience staying with us. Important points you should know: • CHECK IN Check-in is from 3:00 PM. If you need to check in earlier, you can request an early check-in (subject to availability) for a fee of $450 MXN. Early check-in can be done from noon and will only be valid once confirmed by the accommodation. • PARKING Parking is available within the accommodation. Payment is made per night in cash, depending on the type of vehicle. We do NOT offer valet parking. • VISITORS NOT ALLOWED Only persons previously registered in the reservation will be allowed access (maximum 2 guests). • AUTHORIZED AREAS Access is only permitted to the Lobby (ground floor), LOFT 1 (L), and Roof Garden (R). The terrace is a shared area with other guests; usage hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM, so gatherings or events are not allowed. • QUIET HOURS Please maintain silence from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect the rest and stay of other guests. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in a warning or the right to admission being reserved, depending on the severity of the issue. • NO SMOKING OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES Smoking/vaping/consuming any type of substance and/or cigarettes is prohibited. Violation of this rule will incur a fine ranging from $500 to $2,000. • LAUNDRY We have a self-service laundry a few meters from the accommodation (each guest washes their own clothes). The price is based on the load of laundry. Only washing machines and dryers are available; detergents or other products are not included. If you need assistance, please feel free to contact us. • INTERMEDIATE CLEANINGS Cleaning will only be performed for stays longer than 7 days. These intermediate cleanings will take place once a week and are mandatory. • TOWELS In the bathroom, you will find a set of 6 towels (2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths). DO NOT use them for removing makeup, dyeing hair, cleaning shoes, or as kitchen rags. If you need extra towels or a towel change before your intermediate cleaning, you can request them directly at the reception for an additional cost. • CHECK OUT Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM at the latest. If you need to check out later, you can request a late check-out (subject to availability) for a fee of $450 MXN. Late check-out can be done until 3:00 PM and will only be valid once confirmed by the accommodation.
