Guest Access:

During your stay, you have complete access to the entire home, including the 2-car garage. The covered patio are all yours to enjoy at any time. You’ll also have access to the Crown Pointe community amenities—take advantage of the two pools, gym, sauna, pickleball courts, tennis courts.

Interactions with Guests:

Five days before your arrival, we will send you a link to a digital guidebook filled with all the information you need for a seamless stay—everything from checking in and home essentials to local dining, activities, and insider tips to make the most of your Naples getaway. I’m just a message away if you have any questions.

Other details to note:

  • Crown Pointe East Homeowners Association requires guests to complete an Application and provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID prior to check-in.
  • The HOA rules prohibit parking recreational vehicles, boats, or trailers in the driveway. Commercial vehicles may not be parked overnight.
